It will be very close, as of a few weeks ago 3 full tables no longer fit
into my 7200's with 256MB, I had to shutdown some sessions until I could
add RAM.  Each table is 152 - 155 K routes now.  'sh mem' shows only
220MB used inc I/O, but before going to 512MB, the boxes would run out
of RAM every week and half.

If you're adding a box definitely look for one able to support 512MB,
the tables just keep on growing...
