[c-nsp] Excluding MAC address from DHCP

I'm running 12.3(4)T7 on the 7206/NPE 300. I want to exclude some
troublesome MAC addresses
from the DHCP server on the router so those hosts will not get an address. I
can only find excludes
by IP. Is there any way to exclude by MAC address ?
