[c-nsp] 6509-NEB and 7609???

You can, with Sup2. We did, at my previous employer (6509 NEBS chassis,
SUp2/MSFC2/PFC2, 4-port GE OSM -> a functioning MPLS capable router).

However, with Sup720 you need to upgrade (new fan trays etc) - I believe
I have seen reports of mixed luck with that upgrade.
