Informational message that says that BGP needed a large block of memory
from the static attribute memory pool for AS path attributes.  In this
case, the size of the static pool was insufficient to service the request,
so a memory allocation was done to fulfill it.

As someone else pointed out, some abnormally long AS paths popped up over
the weekend which could have triggered this message.
