[c-nsp] Serial number for Smart Net

I believe Cisco standardize the command to "show inventory" since IOS 
delivered last year.
But if you don't run the IOS that new, in Cisco 7200 series, you can use 
"show version",
and watch for "Processor board ID" info.
That's chassis serial number for SMARTNET.
