[c-nsp] Serial number for Smart Net

Thanks everyone, it turned out my Smart Net provider wanted the number off
the sticker w/bar code on the box itself.
It is a number that starts with 77. I do not think this number is to be
found with any show commands. I just assumed
they wanted the CPU ID/Serial.
