[c-nsp] Cisco VoIP and QoS using NBAR

Hi,

thanks for the tip but we are running without RTP header compression because 
of:

encapsulation frame-relay IETF

doesn't allow RTP header compression to be enabled in the first place.  we 
need to run IETF because of the interconnect of the frame into our ATM 
network.
