Chad -

Take out the UNI configuration.  You don't need UNI for this  
configuration at all.  If I remember correctly, UNI is only needed  
when you're doing things like LANE or Classical IP, and is only  
required when you're connecting end-user stations directly to ATM.

Other than that, your main ATM interface config is almost identical  
to mine.  We have a DS3 through SBC and here's what it looks like:

interface ATM2/0
   bandwidth 45000
   no ip address
   ip flow ingress
   ip route-cache flow
   no ip mroute-cache
   logging event subif-link-status
   atm scrambling cell-payload
   atm framing cbitplcp
   no atm ilmi-keepalive
   no clns route-cache
end
