[c-nsp] Single-strand SFPs

I have a customer who is running short on fiber. I've seen companies that
have "media converters" that will take in a tx/rx pair and output both on a
single strand.

I've also seen SFPs that claim to meet a "Multi-Source Agreement" which
implies that it's a standard and the SFP will work in any vendor's equipment
that is part of this "MSA".

I see that Cisco has some single-strand SFPs (GLC-BX-U and GLC-BX-D) but
they appear to only be supported on the Catalyst 4500/6500 and I'm working
with Catalyst 3750s (not the metro versions).

Can anyone recommend single-strand SFPs that will work in a Catalyst 3750?
Do they exist?

Thanks

-Eric
