[c-nsp] Single-strand SFPs

You're correct; that URL doesn't mention it.  I was pulling the
compatibility info from

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/modules/ps872/products_device_support
_table09186a0080446625.html

which lists SFPs and their supported HW.  The GLC-BX ones aren't listed on
the 3750s
