[c-nsp] scheduler allocate on 7507

Hi,

	I've been toying with the sched. allocate values on our 7507 (RSP4, IOS
12.3(15)), but havn't really got to anything ideal yet. When I do a soft
BGP reset, it'll still start dropping occasional packets here and there,
which usually kicks off various monitors we use.

What values do people generally recommend on the 7500 platform, or even
the 7200s?
