sh proc mem sorted and watch for the free to go down.
Once you identify the process do a:
sh proc mem <PID> and watch that for the TAC case.

I'm not going to say they were wrong because I've not looked at
the data. But regardless you should ask them to make sure any bug
they give you for a problem you see in a CCO built image is on CCO.
