hmm, i though thats what 'neighbor 204.10.xxx.xxx default-originate' did but
maybe i was miss informed.

There is another router inbetween my switch and their router, the router is
only being used to convert the ds3 to a ethernet connection.

You know, i saw that advisory way back and when researching all of this i
saw the password directive.  I will talk with my provider about this.
