The number of BGP views doesn't affect memory consumption in the VIPs
(only the total number of routes, but that should not change very much
with the number of BGP views, if every one of them is truly "full").
The VIP needs to hold the CEF table and its IOS, and 128 Mb are still
plenty for that.
