[c-nsp] interface resets

I don't know the answer but is there a reason you're running such an old
IOS?

Hi,

Are there any known issues w/ 12.0-7T IOS which would cause interface
resets in the event of high traffic usage? For some reason I'm noticing
intermittent flaps on my customer T1s, showing high resets on both T1s.


Any thoughts?
