[c-nsp] interface resets

There are IOS images that are downloadable for free, to fix known
security holes. Many of these would be much better to run than 12.0.7T
. Recent 12.1 mainline would be GD, and probably have all the features
you were using from 12.0.7T. Check out:

The customer hasn't renewed their service contract. In fact, I was
looking at upgrading them to 12-3-11.T2.
