[c-nsp] Accounting gigawords

Hello 

We have Cisco 7206VXR (NPE-G1) processor with IOS image c7200-js-mz.123-8.T3 ,I have configured the router to send 
"Acct-Input-Giga-Words" attribute with "aaa accounting gigawords" command but when i issued "debug radius accounting" command i could not find anything related to "Acct-Input-Giga-Words" in debugging, here is some of debugging results :

all the debgging results are like this,there's nothing related to "Acct-Input-Giga-Words" attribute even when i clear all sessions.

What soulid i do to make the router send "Acct-Input-Giga-Words" attribute and how i can check if the router send the attribute using debugging ?
