Sorry about that but, the experience of many OIR shows that a warm reload takes the 
same amount of time of a normal reload, about 4 or 5 minutes at a Cisco 75XX Series Router.

Better schedule a maintenance window.

But quite likely will pause for about 30 seconds after re-insertion. 
Apparently this is quite normal.

DO schedule this for maintenance window ONLY.
