The feature you want is
http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/software/ios120/120newft/120limit/120s/120s27/fslocal.htm
But appears to be only on 12.0S, which is not VPDN/PPPOE capable.
The VXR could do this, but you'd need two. One to act as an ATM switch,
the other to do PPPOE. Considering stuff, this may not be a bad move.
