[c-nsp] WCCP v2 on a Cisco 3550

You have to have EMI to use wccp but check out:

For the limitations check out the "unsupported wccpv2 features" section
Basically they are:
* No custom service numbers
* Only inbound redirection
* WCCP Mulitcasting
* WCCP access-lists
* Most wccp statistics
