	Also, it could have something to do with TCAM configuration. Take a 
look at "sdm" configuration (show sdm prefer). It clearly states that 
configuration is optimized for this and that. You should be able to go 
over 8 L3 interfaces, with smaller number of VLAN's and routes and still 
be happy :-).
