[c-nsp] AS5400 TLB (Load/Fetch) Exception help

It's most likely a software problem.
Open a TAC case so the TAC engineer can decode the
stack trace.
provide;
sh ver
sh stack
crashinfo file if there is one in flash/bootflash.
