[c-nsp] warm-reload on 7200

so i did a quick and dirty test using a 7301 i had handy in the lab.
definitely is there in 12.4(1.9) mainline :)
so my guess would be it was added at the same time as the 7200 support.
but if you would like stronger confirmation let me know, and i will
try to find out for you.
