AFAIK, dcef + full routes + vip2-40s = out of memory errors on the VIPs.
Either upgrade at least to vip2-50s with 128mb or just do cef on the RSP.

It sounded like he was also talking about taking full routes within
multiple VRFs, which I've never done, but suspect will use alot more RAM.
