[c-nsp] 7206VXR - Unknown CPU card type

Hello,

I have a customer with a Cisco 7206VXR with an NPE-400 and
C7200-I/O-FE.  The router will not boot and displays the following
error:

System Bootstrap, Version 12.2(4r)B2, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc2)

C7200 platform with 524288 Kbytes of main memory

We have tried swapping out both the NPE and the I/O controller with no
luck, and neither CCO nor Google have been much help.  I don't have a
spare chassis to test further, so I'm putting the question out here
before buying one to send to the customer.
