Actually, it appears to be not supported in the software image (enhanced, 
standard or advanced IP services, even on the 3750).

I fail to see why the 3750 series can't do NAT when the 4000 series can. 
other than simple marketing strategy that a 3750 is primarily a switch, not 
a router.

Likewise with the 3550 series.

NAT is not supported on the Cat3550 platform due to lack of hardware
support.  Please see Cisco's list of CLI commands not supported on
the 3550 for your software version for details.
