I have a question for the CAT6K .. when I put the mls rate-limite

And I use "show mls cef hardware". It's showing below.. 

I have a question in the "  MLS rate-limiters:"

Could you please explain all the detail for mls rate-limiters for the whole
part?

Because I don't know what is different from index:0x7F00 and index:0x7E02.
