[c-nsp] Dropped packets - traceroute in MPLS

Hi Folks,
 
I have a question from a cutomer, for which i am unable to reason out why. The Q is whenever i do a traceroute i always see ONE packet getting dropped like
 "10.131.63.246 40 msec 72 msec * " below.
 
What is the reason behind this ? Could any of tell me why ? Is there a problem or is this expected behaviour ? any docs ?
