More to add on....
We are using only one CE1 in 3640 router and rest are free...approx..18 links (all are terminated on Router)
The basic configuration on all the interfaces is as under....

------------------------------------------------------
bandwidth 64
ip address 172.8.254.6 255.255.255.252
ip summary-address eigrp 1 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 5
ip tcp header-compression iphc-format
no ip mroute-cache
fair-queue 64 256 0
no cdp enable
ppp multilink
ppp multilink fragment-delay 10
ppp multilink interleave
multilink-group 12
ip rtp header-compression iphc-format
ip rtp priority 16384 16383 40
-----------------------------------------------------------

The router is our Main Hub centre....and we are not using Nating on it...It has only 18 channelized interfaces...that's all...
and even after that..the Cpu utilisation is high....
But....the traffic is very high....on this lines...

Pls suggest....

Regds/ Sagar...
