[c-nsp] If you use IPSLA and need to set the outgoing interface

Here is the featurette request but in case you have a case
opened and need it attached to this bug.
The more request the higher it moves up the priority list.

This is an IOS enhancement request to allow the outgoing interface for IP SLA probes to
be specifically configured versus having the probes follow the routing table path.

Workaround: Use policy based routing (PBR) to force the probes out the correct outgoing interface.


The PBR with a local policy to force the traffic out is a hack/workaround which
I'd rather not have to do.
