If you can get a clear view of the sky, there are several GPS clocks
on the market.  Alternatively, long-wave radio clocks synced to WWVB
which also require some form of outside antenna but not necessarily
as wide angle of a sky view as GPS.

Google for gps clock or WWVB radio clock.
