[c-nsp] 7609 - Redundant Supervisors

[Clinton Work]

I remember that you can't use different hardware revisions with 7600 Native 
IOS dual Supervisors, but what about different part numbers? RPR+ is up and
working right now, but I want to know if I'm going to run into trouble.
