[c-nsp] Cisco 2621 & NM-2FEFW

I'm getting conflicting statements from Cisco documentation and other
engineers on whether the 2-port Fast Ethernet module (NM-2FEFW) is
supported on a Cisco 2621. Can anyone here verify that this module is
supported on that platform?
