[c-nsp] Total output drops

Hi All,
       
    I have 3 IPL Circuits 2 Mbps each on 7204 - NPE-G1 , and they
connect to 2 different sites , again on 7204 NPE-G1 using octal
cables..

          I m observing output drops on 1 side were all the 3 are
terminated on 1 router ,
the bandwidth utilization is high , though right now , its on ly 30%
on these links.

-Should i try and manipulate buffer, though its not recommended, 

Would appreciate any responses.
