[c-nsp] Clearing L2TP sessions

Does anyone know of any command (Or SNMP MIB) to clear down an L2TP 
(ADSL) session?

We need to be able to (automatically) clear down sessions when the 
characteristics of that user change but it appears that the only way of 
clearing down a session is by clearing the virtual-access interface, 
which won't always be available. (E.g. if we're reselling on to someone 
else)
