[c-nsp] tunnel all traffic through vpn concentrator

I am trying to get a client machine to tunnel all traffic through the
concentrator.  I currently hand out 172.22.x.x IP and with split tunneling
it works fine to private/LAN destinations.  I seem to be missing something,
as when I try to configure the NAT it wants a specific IP for me to NAT to.
Does anyone have any tips or steps for getting this to work.  I want to
force the remote users to send all traffic through the VPN.  Concentrator is
3030 running 3.7 and client software is 4.x
