OK, thanks again for the help.

I tried to use the crossover. It didn't work. I am connecting to the
L3 just like I was to the 2948G. This one don't like it. SO I can't
figure out why it isn't connecting. I have probably got something wrong
on port 47.

What should I check for? There is not an IP address configured for that
port. I am watching the console and the interfaces come up and down
like they should.

It's probably something stupid I did.

any Ideas?

Thanks again for the help.
