not sure about MCMP, but in general you can configure "ppp multilink
slippage msec N" or "ppp multilink slippage mru M" to instruct MLP
re-order algorithm to buffer "N msec" or "M mru-sized pkts" worth of
data before the receiver drops the fragment while waiting for the
remaining fragments.
Not sure if it helps in your case, please try it out..
