Hi,

I have 7200 NPE-G1 but never need such a feature, so I cant speak for
sure.

However, this article

says that:

"The Cisco uBR7246VXR router supports GEC on Gigabit Ethernet channels
using the Cisco uBR7200-NPE-G1 network processing engine."

I'm not familiar with the uBR7246VXR, but it seems to me to be just a
mutation of the same good ol' engine... so NPE-G1 probably supports
GEC and you might have some luck at the end.
