[c-nsp] tracking what going on with the router

Hi All,

Is there a way to see what commands enter into the router through CLI or
through copy tftp running-config?

These changes will be made through vty connections.  I have console access
and I'd like to monitor/see what they run.  I can't use aaa.

It would be nice to do like show history vty 1 and see a list of
command/changes made by that line.
