Having all "blocks" terminated in a well-defined way would already help
(so you can parse interface configs, or routing protocol configs, and
*reliably* know when you've reached the end of this interface, instead
of having to guess "if it's a new interface, or a 'router...' line, the 
previous interface config must have been finished here").
