Doesn't care - it's just a plain L2 switch.

Yes, you can put GigE over copper, use a 1000Base-T gbic.  However,
GBIC stands for GigaBit Interface Converter.  You can't run anything
else than GigabitEthernet on it.  If you absoloutely need 100BaseFX,
you might have some luck with a media converter that converts 100BaseFX
to 1000BaseT or 1000BaseFX.
