[c-nsp] Netflow output in hex or decimal

I would be fine with either. But now would be a good time to remind everyone
that if the have 12.SX on 6500's (7600's)  they could use

show mls netflow ip nowrap

This gives everything in decimal, gives bytes and age, and you can filter
based on source or destination ip subnet.  This is great improvement over
the old "sho ip cache flow"
