[c-nsp] Netflow output in hex or decimal

Why not go with a whole new command
Show netflow
And give it all the cool tricks that the show mls netflow has.
Then give an output at the top sho ip cache flow command like:
Consider using the show netflow command. All new features will be added to
this command.
Then begin the normal output.
