[c-nsp] 802.1p with Cisco 3750

Hi Roger,

You have to have a trunk running between the two switches to carry the CoS
value, then simply configure either:

mls qos trust cos
- or -
qos trust cos

Depending upon the switch, this instructs the switch to not modify and to
trust the peering device to set the QoS properly.

Subject: [c-nsp] 802.1p with Cisco 3750

Hi,

Can someone please give me a jump start how to configure 802.1p.
I´ve read the QoS-section but I still cant get to it work.

Basically I have want to do vlan-based CoS. And also i want to preserv the
p-bit to the next switch, so I have to do something at egress i suppose?

I would be great with some configuartion examples

Thanks a lot

//Roger
