[c-nsp] Rate limiting on GE of Catalyst6509

Hi,

How can I limit traffic bandwidth on a GE interface of
Catalyst6509. 

The two GE interfaces are set up as member of
port-channel, the customer want a 600Mbps bandwidth
provided by the port channel.

With "policy-map police" ingress traffic could be
limited to 600Mbps, but how can I set up hard limit on
those egress traffic?
