There is a fantastic presentation on the NANOG meeting archives by Vijay 
Gill and Jon Mitchell.  AOL Transit Data Network switched from OSPF to 
ISIS in one week (after solid lab prep and with great automated tools, 
but...) with no customer impact, and the presentaion covers well enough 
that you can most likely do a reasonable translation to EIGRP without 
too much headache.
