[c-nsp] 7206 Restarting

I have a 7206 that has restarted twice in the last few days. I don't
believe it's the cosmic ray problem affecting other routers, but I don't
know at this point.
The output interpreter output is below. Should I just upgrade to a newer
ios? It's routing between a couple ethernets and a PA-A3-OC3MM terminating
pppoa ADSL sessions.
