We do have a spare chassis for use in emergencies but I'm a bit
frightened of it, to be honest. It's been sitting unused for quite some
time. It's probably in better shape than our production chassis, though,
so perhaps I'll give it a shot. Or, since Cisco thinks this may be a
chassis problem, I might wait to see if they're going to ship me a "new"
one and use that one instead.
