[c-nsp] Router suggestions?

We're looking to upgrade our current routers and I'm not sure which
direction we should go in.  Currently we're running one 7204VXR (NPE300)
terminating 1 DS3 and 1 100Mb ethernet connection to our transit
providers with another 100Mb link into our core switch.  Current
aggregate bandwidth utilization over the two border circuits is ~60Mb/s.
We're planning to move to move to two routers and two core switches with
HSRP/VRRP failover capabilities.  We're upgrading the DS3 to an OC3 this
month and plan to go to gigabit (10/100/1000) between the border routers
and the core switches as we anticipate total throughput to exceed
100Mb/s by the end of the year.  For the time being, we plan to move to
a pair of 7204 VXR's but judging by current CPU utilization (peaking out
around 50%) on the existing 7204 we need to make plans to upgrade or
replace the 7204's in the near future.

We'll probably need routers capable of handling two OC-3's each
including full BGP routes from each of the OC3's as well as iBGP between
the two, as well as handling >100Mb/s throughput.  Our outbound:inbound
throughput ratio is generally around 6:1.  All internal routing is
currently done through static routes and there are no VLans configured,
although at some point we will probably provision in the neighborhood of
100 VLans, so we will need the capability.  No ACL's beyond the typical
RFC1918/Bogon filters.  My initial thought is that upgrading the VXR to
NPE-G1 would give me the processing and memory I need to do it, but I'm
wondering if there's a better/more cost effective route we should take.
